Rules and Regulations
 

CONTEST OR PRIZE WINNER - DECLARATION AND RELEASE 

Prize winners must be a resident of Canada, and be at least 18 years of age or older. The family members of the prize winner cannot be employed by a Golden West Radio station or its promotional partners or agencies, or anyone involved with the development, production or distribution of Contest materials. 

Where applicable, prize winners may have to answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize. Prize Winners may be required to show identification when picking up prizes. 

Prize winners fully release this Golden West Radio station and any promotional partners, their representatives, and advertising and promotional agencies from all claims, demands or actions whatsoever arising out of my entrance, winning, acceptance, and use of the Prize including, but not limited to, guarantees, warranties, property damage and/or personal injury. 

Prize winners allow this Golden West Radio station and its employees or agents the right to photograph the winner and use the picture or other form of reproduction of the physical likeness for advertising purposes. 

Prize winners agree not to seek payment from any Golden West Radio Station or its promotional partners in relation to this prize. The prize is accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash, is not for re-sale and is not transferable to any other person or organization. The prize winner releases any Golden West Radio Station, their promotional partners and other representatives from any claims or actions relating to this prize. This includes claims arising from hazardous conditions, acts of God or any unforeseen circumstances. 

The prize winner is responsible for any costs or expenses, including possible insurance requirements, related to the Prize that may not be included in the description of the prize. The prize winner agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the contest. All contest entries become the property of Golden West Radio. 

Golden West Radio is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement to the prize winner for tickets or ticket value if a concert or other event is cancelled for any reason. 

Golden West reserves the right to revise the rules of their contests at any given time.
