Mike McLean
| Born and raised in the Foothills, Mike co-hosts the morning show and is Agriculture Director at AM 1140. A fifth generation Alberta rancher, Mike still does a little on the side and is involved with 4-H and volunteers at the Bar U National Historic Site. A strong proponent of rural Southern Alberta, he features local music Saturdays on “Made in Alberta” and whenever he can in the regular AM 1140 play list. He wonders what he did to deserve his morning co-host and promises to behave in the future! |

Russell Skeet | Russell Skeet has worked in radio and TV for over two decades, and has spent the better part of those years in the High River region. Russ co-hosts the Morning Show on AM 1140 along with the morning news and sports on AM 1140. He also broadcasts the sports on The Eagle 100.9, which is a perfect fit as Russ is a typical guy and is happiest when either watching or participating in sporting events. Russ owns his own video production company called "Medicine Tree Productions" which has produced outdoor programming for OLN and The Sportsman’s Channel in the United States. He’s currently producing a fishing show called “The Weekend Angler.” Russ also writes a semi-regular sports/fishing column for the High River Times. |

Don McCracken | Don is the news and sports director… and has spent the majority of his life in southern Alberta. Don was thrilled to receive the Okotoks Chamber of Commerce Service Excellence Award for Best Media Service. He's also been a member of the Town of High River Centennial and Millennium committees. His work as public address announcer and board member with the Okotoks Bisons Junior "B" hockey club culminated with having his name placed on the team's Wall of Fame in Okotoks' Murray Arena. |

Ally Cramm | Ally Cramm was born and raised in Calgary…except for three years where she lived in Lady Smith on Vancouver Island. Her interest in the industry started at a young age as she enjoyed writing and making speeches in front of the class. She recently graduated from the Broadcast News program at SAIT and is excited to be part of the news team here. Her favorite food is pizza and in her spare time she likes to read and watch all kinds of movies. You can hear Ally Saturday mornings reading the news or in the community throughout the week finding the stories! |
Nigel Deans | Nigel Deans is a High River High School Student with a love for public speaking and his community. What began as a school connection in his position of Media Liaison quickly turned into something much bigger. He's thrilled to be a part of the Golden West Team, and can't wait for the exciting months ahead. He's also an avid reader, amateur musician, and was the 2009 Spring Ball's King. You can hear Nigel Saturday mornings on Tradio, Thursday morning with the High School Report, and weeknights on Sun Country!
